Shipping and Payment Conditions 

You can pay at IDS conveniently and securely via bank transfer.
After receipt of payment, your goods will be immediately prepared for insured shipping and handed over to the shipping service provider GLS, or to a shipping company for large quantities.

1. Freight costs for Germany, excluding islands:

Free shipping for orders over 300.

For orders up to 300 euros, a shipping fee of 15 euros (gross 17.85 euros) applies.

Sample shipping is free.



2. Freight costs for Euro Zone 1 (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden):

Free shipping for orders over 300.

For orders up to 300 euros, a shipping fee of 15 euros (gross 17.85 euros) applies.

Sample shipping is free.



3. Freight costs for Euro Zone 2 (Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia):

Free shipping for orders over 300.

For orders up to 300 euros, a shipping fee of 15 euros (gross 23.80 euros) applies.
